Can I order faux taxidermy in a different colour?
Yes! Just send me a message and we can discuss colour options at no extra cost
Can I order a custom piece?
Yes! I wholeheartedly welcome custom orders of all kinds. Price will depend on the size and level of detail, so drop me a message and we can discuss ideas
My order hasn't arrived yet?
All International orders are sent via a tracked or signed for service (depending on what your country allows) and you are sent a tracking number once your order has dispatched... Please use this to locate the whereabouts of your order, but please also bare in mind that delays are out of my control once in the hands of the postal service
Are there any customs fees to pay?
While the USA has a high tax threshold, the EU has introduced import VAT* on items sent from the UK. I do not collect these, they are not included as part of your order, so will be expected to be paid for on delivery of your parcel. If you do not intend to pay these fees, the parcel will be returned and you will be refunded minus the postage cost. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check their countries import duties and taxes, but I will notify any EU customers of this fact prior to posting.
